Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. You can also track your order directly from your account dashboard under My Orders.
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our client services team immediately at support@yourstore.com. Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to make amendments.
We offer Standard (5–7 business days), Express (2–3 business days), and Next-Day delivery where available. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Complimentary standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $150. International shipping thresholds vary by region and are displayed at checkout.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, visit your account dashboard or contact our team. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order. Simply return the original item and place a fresh order for the preferred size or colour. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround for you.
Each product page features a detailed size guide with measurements in both centimetres and inches. If you are between sizes or unsure, our client services team is happy to provide personalised guidance.
